Kira Choi is a PhD candidate in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School. She holds a MSc in Strategy and International Business from Seoul National University and a BSc in Business from Korea University. Kira’s research interests revolve around employee mobility, with a particular focus on individuals’ careers and firms’ hiring practices. In her dissertation, she examines how different third parties – search firms, graduate school peers, and social contacts – influence different facets of employee mobility. Her research has been supported by the Leadership Institute of London Business School.
