Unleash your full leadership potential

Gain the confidence, knowledge and techniques to make the transition to greater professional impact. Get everything you need to take on a bigger role, and reinvent the way you lead.

MODULE 1
Engage and connect | Programme preparation and a 1.5-hour virtual session

Start your journey by connecting with your executive coach and your dedicated peer group in a virtual session. Meet your sponsor and prepare for Module 2 through readings, reflective questions and a 360 assessment. Get advice on how to build and nurture great sponsor relationships through our specially curated Sponsorship Toolkit. LBS faculty connect with your sponsor in a virtual 60 minute masterclass.

MODULE 2
Learn, challenge and explore | 4.5 days on campus

Giá máy bắn cáImmerse yourself in the on-campus learning experience in the heart of London. Our world-leading faculty take a deep dive into leadership skills, and use innovative learning techniques including role plays and experiential exercises to help you grow. Be yourself with more skill through coaching, and create an action plan for success.

MODULE 3
Apply your learning | Virtual sessions (approximately 7.5 hours over 6 weeks)

Back at work, review your action plan with your sponsor, and implement your learning. Build momentum with individual coaching, and reconnect with your peer group virtually to share your progress and learn from others. Continue your learning through virtual masterclasses delivered by our world-leading faculty.

MODULE 4
Celebrate and inspire | Virtual sessions (approximately 2.5 hours over 1 week)

Participate in a final plenary session to celebrate the end of your journey and a final peer group meeting to share your achievements and next steps. Hold a final conversation with your sponsor to decide on next steps. Your sponsor attends a final 60 minute session with LBS.

Build an expanded leadership toolkit based on cutting-edge research and best practices.
Gain strategic communication skills to articulate your vision, lead challenging conversations and inspire followers.
Manage key stakeholders, influence without authority and increase gravitas.
Acquire critical self-reflective skills as you explore your own leadership style, experiment with new approaches, and grow your capacity for self-transformation.
Gain the mindset, confidence and capabilities to lead change in uncertainty and transform your organisation.
Create a personal and actionable plan detailing what to do differently when you return to work, and how to engage effectively with line managers and sponsors.

Your 9 week multi-modular learning journey is a blend of virtual and face-to-face learning experiences combining 360 assessments, case studies, experiential exercises, individual and group coaching to ensure you have the time and support to achieve personal and professional impact.

What is the application process?

You can apply to the programme of your choice online. Acceptance is not automatic and your application will be reviewed by our team of Programme Consultants to ensure the best fit between applicants and programmes. Spaces on our programmes can fill up quickly so we encourage you to apply early and ensure your submission is as comprehensive as possible.

What does the programme fee cover?

Do I need to obtain a visa if I’m coming from overseas?

Please check directly with the relevant embassy in your home country to determine whether you need an entry visa for the country where the programme will be held.

She has a special interest in how client relationships allow intermediaries to create and capture economic value. She is also interested in the role of social networks on individual careers.

Experience

Isabel is the current holder of the Adecco Chair at London Business School and has taught the core Strategy course in the Full time MBA for the last five years. She has also taught in several executive programmes, and regularly speaks in practitioner-oriented seminars and conferences. She co-authored a Harvard Business School teaching case on Zopa.com, a financial intermediary in the UK and her articles have appeared in academic journals such as the American Sociological Review and the American Journal of Sociology.

Jill trains business people to increase their personal presence and the impact they have upon others through body language, posture and vocal work.

Experience

She is a specialist dialect coach working with actors, including; Meryl Streep, Javier Bardem, Dame Vanessa Redgrave and Dame Maggie Smith. Jill studied Drama at university and holds a distinction in the Advanced Diploma in Voice Studies from the Central School of Speech and Drama. As a voice and dialect specialist she has worked extensively within the theatre.

Jill has designed and run courses for IPC Magazines, Lloyds of London, The Association of MBA.s, the Metropolitan Police, Standard and Poors, Beddows & Co, The BBC, KPMG and others, as well as one-on-one executive coaching sessions for clients from a wide range of companies and sectors. She has also worked extensively with the Young Presidents Organisation in England and internationally.

When should I apply?

When will I hear back from you?

Giá máy bắn cáWe’ll acknowledge receipt of your application by email within 48 hours, providing it’s received during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT). We will review and respond to your application within 14 days.
Can I reserve a place?

Giá máy bắn cáYes. We can hold a provisional place for you for up to two weeks. Take note, completed applications take priority and programmes often fill up several months in advance. You can reserve a place online, by phone or by email.

The fee includes tuition, all required study materials, programme activities and excursions; access to our on-site gym and swimming pool; and lunch and dinner as per the programme schedule.
